Happy to pause where it makes sense. A pool does still need attention while you are away, especially in summer, so send the dates and we will give you an honest steer on whether to skip or keep it ticking over.

New gate code, a new dog, a new lock, or a gate that has started sticking. Send it here and it goes on file so nothing gets missed.
Report a problem
Green water, a noise, a leak, something not running. Tell us what it is doing and we can usually work out the fix before driving over. For equipment, a photo of the pad and the model number does most of the work.
