Nothing complicated, and sorting it up front saves everyone a bit of back and forth later on.

An unlocked side gate, or the code. If the code changes, pop it on the My Pool page and it goes on file.

Dogs are good company. Just give us a heads up so nobody is startled and no gate gets left open.

The system just needs to run on its normal schedule. If a timer has drifted, let us know and we will help you set it right.

Cloudy water, an odd noise, a small leak. Tell us early and it is usually a quick fix.

Repairs

Send these three things and we can usually work out what is going on from here. Quicker for you, and it saves paying for a diagnostic visit.

Stand back far enough to get the pump, filter and heater in one frame.

Usually on a sticker on the pump housing or filter tank. A close-up photo is fine.

Not running, running loud, leaking, tripping the breaker, or the water is not moving. A short video of the noise helps.

Cartridges and media changed when they stop working, not on a schedule that suits the invoice.

For water that is past balancing and needs to start again.
